FRANKIE FAIRES BIO

Frankie Faires has been fitness training for over five years and has been a martial artist for nearly twenty years. His journey started in Taekwondo in Beaumont, Texas under Marv Conway, now of ITA TKD. During his years of Taekwondo, he has also trained with Karate, Gung-Fu, Kickboxing, Jeet Kune Do, Boxing, and Muy Thai Practitioners. His introduction to Olympic Style Taekwondo came in 1995 under Tom Seabourne, Ph.D. It was Seabourne who encouraged him to enter into the field of sports performance training.

Frankie has trained Boxers from the Angelo Dundee (Muhammad Ali's trainer) group, Carlos Machado and his Jiu Jitsu players, Mixed Martial Artists and of course Taekwondo players. Frankie has taken top athletes and "raised their game" by employing little known training strategies and sports science emanating from Europe, India, China, Russia and North America. When athletes realize they have learned everything they can from antique coaches and classical conditioning, they come to Frankie.

While his time for clientele is limited, he offers free training advice to everyone via his newsletter at train4tkd.com. ........................................................................................
