TRAINING THE TAEKWONDO ATHLETE,VOL. II

Iron Strength & Power

E-Manual & DVD Program

Do you know how a Taekwondo Athlete should lift weights?

I doubt it!

I get so sick and tired of seeing talented

Taekwondo players going to the gym and doing

bench press, bicep curls, leg curls and leg

extensions.  You are an athlete -not a gym bunny!

I want you to scare the gym bunnies!

I wasted years in the gym trying to lift like bodybuilders did and got nowhere.  I was

told it was because lifting weights doesn't go with Martial Arts.  It would make me

slow and tight.  It didn't really make me slow or unflexible but it SURE didn't make

my Taekwondo any better.  If I only know then what I know now(but you can)!

What I know now is: the correct exercises to give you more strength, power

and conditioning that gives you an edge over the more technical fighter.  If

you notice at tournaments, the most athletic player often wins.  He may not have 100

techniques but the ones he has are good and he physically intimidates everyone

with his speed, strength and conditioning. (Sounds like some of my students.)

It has been over a year since I released the groundbreaking Training the

Taekwondo Athlete, Vol. I, Bodyweight Strength and Power.  In it, I taught

you the principles for developing strength and power with the resistance of your own

bodyweight.  You got more strength and power without ever going to the gym.

Now, It is time to go back to the gym armed with the knowledge and a program to

give you IRON strength and power!  Sorry if you get tested for steriods - people

have no idea what training with the proper exercises can do!
